Janine Wilson

Janine, born & raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, moved to Saskatchewan as a teen. Janine started her business career in banking and can attest to knowing the intricacies of real estate financing. She joined the real estate world 18 years ago and has continued with unparalleled success. Janine has been awarded numerous Real Estate awards such as, Top salesperson at Crawford Homes since 1997, Top New Home salesperson (Regina) 2007, consistently placed in the top 5 new home sales (Regina) and as a Developer- Best New Condo Project 2008.

A seasoned professional, Janine's clients know that she can always be relied on for great service and complete follow through. She has a genuine understanding and knowledge of the new home building process and is attentive to clients wants, needs and aspirations.

Janine is a member of the Regina Real Estate Board, the Saskatchewan Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association. She balances her time on the re-sale side between buyers and sellers, handling condos and residential homes in and around Regina.

Janine's accomplishments include building new homes through Crawford Homes for the last 18 years, a developer and co-owner for Windsor Crossing Developments which are on there 5th set of condo communities, and most recently, the new owner and custom home builder "Janson Homes ".
